Return refund and shipping policies

We strive to ensure that your experience with our products is positive. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not worry, we offer a comprehensive replacement and exchange policy.

Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval. If you wish to return a product, please do so within 24 hours of receiving it. Ensure the product is in its original condition with all packaging intact. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back. Refunds will be issued upon successful inspection of the returned item.

Shipping Policy: All products will be shipped within 3-5 working days of placing your order.

How do I Replace/Exchange?

• Provide your Order number, Email address, and Phone number.
• Follow the instructions and select the product you want to Replace/Exchange.
• You will get a confirmation email or our customer support executive will contact you through your registered phone number with the shipping guidelines once the replacement request is approved.

Replacement/Exchange Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for product replacement, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The replacement request must be initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in the original condition as received with original packaging and original tags intact to be eligible for Replacement/Exchange.
• Proof of purchase (Invoice) is mandatory.
• In case of any manufacturing defect / wrong product delivery / damaged product received during in-transit only then the product is eligible for Replacement/Exchange.

Replacement Policy:

• Product should be bought from https://Finguardindia.com/ store only.
• Please note that the product(s) should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unassembled in original condition without any scratches or dents with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of the original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to kindly make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel your order before the order is shipped without any questions asked. Once your order is shipped you can’t cancel it.

Important Note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
